Chain Reaction

The practice for Chain Reaction is based on the idea that new physical sensations create space for new emotional sensations.

Giver: Do an emotional check in with the receiver. Is there anything they would like to shift emotionally? Maybe they had a difficult day and would like to feel more peace, maybe they want to feel closer to you. Whatever it is, hold the emotional intention together through the session.

Receiver: Your only job is to hold the intention of what you want to shift and then lean in to the experience, using your voice to ask for what you want and need.

Afterwards, check in on if you were able to shift your emotional state. Happy playing!
