If the product is not in new condition (dirty, damaged, perfume smells, etc), the unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.

Easy Return Process
Should you decide to proceed with a return, here's how our process works:

Contact Us: Reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase at yes@litup.love and let us know your situation in requesting a return.

Return Approval: Once we review your request, we'll send you a return authorization with a shipping label and detailed instructions. Include your name and order number with the return.

Ship It Back: Package the product safely and send it back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. If you use our label, we'll deduct the final cost form your refund. Keep in mind, the size of the box you use will affect the final shipping cost with the carrier - so ideally package it in the smallest safe container to protect the item.
- Refund Issued: Upon receiving the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly, minus delivery shipping any return shipping, if paid by us.
